AFRODYKE
Court Knight is a singer and songwriter from Greensboro, NC. She can't be bottled into one genre as she can belt and give you a sultry R&B sound one minute and a fiesty rock n roll anthem the next.

This North Carolina native has been singing for years now, whether in her car or in a karaoke bar. She was first noticed and began writing to instrumentals when she was around 10 years old. When she was 13 years old, she just happened to meet Shae "SoFresh DArtist" Maxwell in high school and once finding out they both were both musically linked and their harmony was perfect without trying they formed a group which they called, Desire.

Over the years, Court has changed her artist name, going from self name, Court ('00-'09), to CK ('09-'12), to RoqC ('12-'17), which she kept for some time in dedication to an idol of hers, Foxy Brown (the movie character), to now, Afrodyke.

You can really hear her growth musically over the years. You can hear her on alot of SoFresh's songs as they are not only best friends, but music partners but from her songs like "Nightmare" and "Google Me" her new songs that are coming out on her new album are sure to turn heads.

Her song "Tell You What To Do" has gotten so many awesome reviews since it's debut in 2017. From the beat, to her firm yet gentle way of telling her partner what exactly she needs to satisfy her, the fans are raving.
